We have studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom homes to choose from.

Rent covers your apartment home. Additional fees like trash, parking, and pet rent are billed separately.

Water and electric are billed separately. Water is included with your rent, and electric is paid directly to PECO.

Yes, we require a security deposit for all residents. If you’d like an alternative, we offer Leap, which acts as a guarantor for the deposit.

Our initial leases run from 6–15 months. Renewals are flexible, from 3–15 months, or you can go month-to-month.

Once you complete an application, we calculate a combined score using your credit, criminal, and rental history (don’t worry—it’s not your personal credit score!). This score tells us if your application is approved.

Yes, you’ll need at least $100,000 in liability coverage when you move in.

You can apply online at www.livemarineclub.com. The application fee is $50 per applicant.

Yes. Some common fees include trash, Foxen insurance, Rentistry, parking (if you request it), and pet rent.

We love pets! Dogs must be under 50 lbs. Certain breeds (or mixes of these breeds) aren’t allowed: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any others known by those names.

Yes, parking is available in our covered garage, and spots are assigned.

Our apartments are unfurnished, but we can point you toward furniture rental options if you need them.

We have a large gym with a basketball court and dance studio, a fully enclosed courtyard with seating and a pet area, and two beautiful Koi ponds to enjoy.

You can schedule a tour online or call the leasing office to speak with a team member.

You can submit requests through the resident portal or by reaching out to a member of our management team.

Emergencies include any leaks or fires, or issues that make your home unusable (like a toilet not working in a one-bathroom apartment). Follow the emergency procedures in your portal or lease documents.

Before moving in, make sure your lease is signed and any required fees or rent are paid, as noted in your Welcome Letter. You’ll schedule use of the loading dock if you need it. Keys are available at 9:00 AM on your move-in day.

You’ll need to give written notice at least 60 days before moving out. Keys must be returned to the office by 5:00 PM on the last day of your lease.
